Everything about this blender is great - it's big, it's powerful, it's easy to set up and it cuts and shreds like 12 tiny ninjas having a free-for-all fight-night inside the container. The only drawback is the jumbo-jet noise level. But hey, if your wife is forcing you to drink more smoothies, at least it will feel like you're operating a power tool instead of blending spinach and quinoa because your waistline is letting go. It's a beast for its price.

I HAVE HAD THIS BLENDER FOR TWO YEARS!!
So yes, I've had this blender for 2 years - u WANT to read THIS review! BUY IT!! I was so hesitant to get this because of the price tag - but I had had it with cheaper blenders just dying on me with no explanation. I make smoothies, pastes, pestos, butternut soup in this thing. I grind oats into oatmeal, rough salt into fine salt when I've forgotten to stock up - I once ground up Pink Himalayan Salt. Crushes ice to perfection - u should see the cocktails I was making Dec 2020 (lockdown killing us). It has never died nor overheated on me. Please follow the guideline of not leaving the motor running for too long (I use it in max 30 sec bursts and rest it a bit). In the meantime I have had an expensive juicer (that I bought same week as this) and a brand new super-expensive InstantPot die before even the weekend. So trust me - THIS IS A QUALITY PURCHASE *touches wood* If Midea decides to make a slow-juicer - I'll be first in line to buy it

Amazing blender
This thing will blend whatever you throw at it. I've ruined lesser blenders with ice, but this one doesn't care. Probably the toughest thing in the kitchen now.

As mentioned in one of the earlier reviews, the blenders is overall powerful but due to its size and design it does take some time to properly blend the smoothie or drink until there are no small bits/chunks of fruit or veg sitting at the bottom of the blender. The pulse and power switch feel sturdy and good quality but the speed adjustment dial does feel a little loose (thinner plastic) and not built to be very good in quality. This blender does not come with the sound dampening cover which isn't a big deal as all blenders are loud but does make the blender jug sit just a little loosely on the blender machine, causing it to wobble/shake a little while bleeding at high speeds, so I do hold down the blender jug with my hand while it is blending to avoid this. When it comes to ice crushing, it requires a bit of liquid along with the ice to crush it properly but similar to larger cut fruit or veg, it takes some time to properly blend until completely smooth with no small chunks or pieces of ice/fruit or veg at the bottom of the blender jug. That said, I'd still recommend this for normal family and thus far it i still going string with no issues. :)

I've had a few blenders in the past but always issues, and this one is perfect! Smoothies are smooth, no matter what is put in. No leaks, no issues... In fact I gave the blender to a family member and bought another.

Bought it for my small coffee caf, and it takes some getting use to! But it does the job! Made a couple of milkshakes and some freezo's! Like with any new tool, you need to figure out the balance! It crushes Ice, but not like the way conventional blenders do with the Tamper Tool. There is actually no need for a Tamper tool if your ratio's are correct! Happy with my purchase! Will see if it can handle high traffic in the new year!

I bought one of this blender close to a year ago, it has been working great, and I was motivated to buy another one for my sister. Great product and jug is just the right size for a family. although it would have been good for the lid to have something to hold while opening it, reason it got a four star from me. It's a great blender with lots of power. My only negative would be that it doesn't blend well if you have a smaller amount to blend. For example, a smoothie for one doesn't blend that well. Blending ice is also not that great. But overall, a really good blender for the price.

Powerful motor, great size, mulitple settings
This is an excellent, very powerful, fairly large blender. Its a commercial size which is nice for blending for a couple of days. The base is fairly large. But thats the motor. Highly recommend for those who are blending to often, and want something that can crush ice well.

What a nice blender. Not a pretty one, but very efficient and does the job well. Automatically stops after a few minutes. It's noisy, but I've had many blenders with the perfect look, low noise, but didn't last. This one will last for a long time for sure! I'm very happy with this product.

This thing packs a serious punch. Definitely on par with the power of Vitamix and Omniblend, so you can definitely use this commercially. Its extremely powerful and is built high quality. Had it for a while now and never had an issue or weird motor smell. Crushes ice, has different speeds. You'd probably not find another powerful blender at this price point. Just a pity it does not come with a temper stick. Otherwise, it's so worth it. Would recommend.

Powerful blending in a jiffy!
This is one powerful blender! It blends just about anything quickly an easily. It was a bit difficult to figure out how to use the "pulse" function, but it works as well. The lid is difficult to open once pressed into the jug. The blade is affixed to the jug and cannot detach for separate cleaning, but the jug is large enough to clean by hand or use a little soap and blend to clean it. I also got the sound reduction cover from another retailer and it dampens the sound somewhat, but all in all, great robust powerful blender.

This is a very powerful blender which met all needs for blending (smoothies, nut milk, soups, sauces, etc). The build is sturdy. It can get noisy a bit, however, it does the job perfectly; a little noise for a short while should not be deterrent for a purchase of this blender.

The Midea Extreme is a powerful blender that blends fruit veggies and nuts super fast. It is just as easy to clean. Just put in a drop of sunlight liquid with water and the Midea will blend itself clean.

POWER!! No seriously, this device is just the trick for blending smoothies and crushing ice thanks to its powerful motor. What would usually take me two minutes with my stick blender now requires no more than thirty seconds. The high-capacity jug allows you to be a bit heavy-handed with the ingredients. This is by far the best blender I have ever owned. Easily blends smoothies up to 2 liters at a time, with mostly frozen fruit. Blends raw veggies to make veggie juices as well. The same price as more well-known blenders, but definitely superior.

Great blender, we have one in a gym at a smoothie bar also, working the whole day, good at chopping ice... only thing that can be improved is maybe adding something to push the ice down with...

I've had this blender since mid-February 2021, and am enjoying using it. It is robust and a real commercial-grade product. Pros: Very powerful and easy to use, especially with the variable & pulse speeds. I did have a small defect with the first unit I received and exchanged it, and the replacement one is still fine. Cons: The rubber seal of the blender lid has developed a crack due to how securely it fits the plastic jug, so I hope that won't continue to get worse. Another con is that the plastic jar (which is nice and big) starts to go from clear to opaque especially with tasks like crushing/blending ice in it. But that is purely cosmetic.

Took my smoothie maker for a "spin" today. Wow, this machine is powerful. I blended 3 smoothies in one jug in about 30 seconds using frozen fruit! My husband even phoned me to say the smoothie was so smooth! The machine also feels like really good quality. It is big and heavy. I was pleasantly surprised.

Have only had this machine for a week, and have not used all the functions yet. The reason I got this was for our coffee shop #TheSmilingBarista for making coffee frappe and smoothies, and I must say this definitely does the job very well. The 2200w power makes blending even with ice a breeze and this is not even using the ice crusher function. The sturdy design and large jug with measuring units on the side gives you options to add the correct quantities direct that saves time and additional measuring jugs, Pouring is easy without major spilling and cleaning is relatively easy. So for commercial or home use this is a GREAT deal.

worth every cent paid, I have since been through four blenders and this Midea is most definitely a keeper. Blends my smoothies in just a minute or so. The only fault I could add is that it is a bit noise, so making early morning smoothies is not never convenient but given the power of the motor I guess it was to be expected. What a wonderful addition to our home. A powerful blender that is easy to use for kids as well. It seals properly but the lid can be a bit tricky to remove until you get the hang of it. It handles hot and cold liquids with ease. My kids love making slushies and it handles the ice well.

Machine seems strong and well built. The jug also feels strong and sturdy. Not like some other brands where the jug feels brittle. Settings are helpful as they automatically turn the machine off when desired consistency is reached. So you can multitask. Only small gripe is that the mixing stick is an optional extra.

Works well. very powerful but for some reason, there is a distinct smell that emanates when the blender had been used for a while...you see "commercial blender" and don't think you'd encounter such issues.

I have never used a blender with so much power before! If you are an avid smoothie maker, you know how hard it is to find a blender that crushes ice with ease, and this blender can do that and more. I've never been so impressed with a product in my life. I hope that it will last me years and years because I don't plan on getting another one.

It is a stronger blender than the little ones. Good for smoothies but struggle to crush ice. Crush only bottom ice, do not move it up so that all the ice can crush. Bulky and would have preferred a better lit.

We have had the Midea Extreme Blender for a few days now and it works as advertised. This blender is strong and fast and is making a few time-consuming tasks in the kitchen a breeze. The only problems we have is that the selector switch feels flimsy and easily breakable and the jug lid is very hard to install and remove.

Brilliant! I've upgraded from a dinky 300-watt blender to this 2200-watt machine - and WOW. I just looooove it. Made some silky smooth smoothies (NO bits!!), and deliciously creamy soups. Really enjoying the power of this blender, and the jug can hold so much volume. One thing though: the blades aren't removable like most other blenders, but it's super easy to clean the blades - just pour in a bit of water and a drop of dishsoap, turn it on and viola! It's a great addition to any kitchen.

After the first two uses I realized I bought a fabulous, high powered blender!! This is a great investment instead of all the other low wattage blenders on the market that so quickly burn up when blending ice. Love my blender!

Good blender, but the pulse switch is a little confusing. You have to turn the power switch off, then move the dial to the setting you want and then turn the power on. Only then can you use the pulse switch. Otherwise it works great and is quite powerful.

Very happy with our purchase. Have been using it atleast twice a day. We have made delicious pesto, iced cofffee and green smoothies. It blends ice like a dream and is surprisingly quiet for the power it has.

This is a great blender! It's strong enough to crush ice which is great for my smoothies. I've found with other blenders that green smoothies with lots of kale, spinach and chard never result in a smooth drink. But this Midea blender whips a green smoothie into a bright, beautiful drink with no chunks. This thing can take big pieces of raw fruit or veg. Which makes prep work a breeze. Definitely a good investment when you consider its price and the fact that it has the size and power of a commercial blender in a home kitchen.

I have been using this for a week now and I am happy. The idea was to be able to make smoothies for my family of 4. The jug is big enough and the motor is strong enough to crush ice, etc. So far so good! happy with purchase and received very quickly as well.
