Awesome product. I purchased one for my office and loved it so much i got one for the house. I find we drink so much more water when it is on tap like this, kids love it. Healthy days. Machine is reliable and easy to use

Great desktop water cooler
Some thoughts.. * Takes standard 20l water bottle. * Fridge/cooler can be noisy when it turns on * Boiler & Cooler can be turned off independently While I can't speak of the boiler(who uses that which is effectively an urn given power prices), it appears to do the job. For a home office the cooler/fridge may be noisy periodically when it comes on but it's not unexpected nor long enough to bother me. Just something to keep in mind if aperiodic humming sounds annoy you.

Fits nicely on the countertop, Quiet. Cold water is nice & cold but although the hot water is hot, it is not boiling, so not hot enough for tea/coffee (for me). Checked with manufacturer who confirmed it gets to 85 degrees which is what is advertised

Excellent Performance
The Midea Water dispenser does exactly what it should - ice cold water, ambient water and water that is hot enough to make a cup of coffee! I am a big fan of very cold water and coffee-on-tap so this machine ticks all my boxes. Excellent value for money!

Cool hydrated customer
I can recommend this product. It cools down water quickly and is nice and compact. The water flows much quicker than my previous one and the hot water can be locked for mischievous little fingers. I am satisfied thus far.

Perfect for family use
I finally gave in after insisting tap water is fine, cheaper and more eco friendly; and now my fussy family actually drinks water so I guess that's a net win. Between the improved taste of the filtered water, the accessibility of cold water on tap any time, and the visual reminder of it standing right there in the kitchen on the counter, it really has achieved the impossible and made the family drink more water. It works exactly as intended. I can't comment on the hot water function, as we don't use that, but the cold water is nice and cold with a strong flow from the spout. The removable drip tray creates just enough extra room for most of my 500ml water bottles to fit under the spout easily.

I am very pleased with this desktop dispenser. It is easy to use, stylish, and water flow is good and cools to a nice cold temperature I am not using the heating side. It's great that both sides can be turned on and off separately
