Customer reviews
Item works to reduce wiring, but description is wrong
This is not a POE injector, but a POE splitter, so the ethernet POE signal is split into a standard Ethernet signal, and a 12V signal, to feed remote devices (as per the device detailed descriptions and pictures.). As such, it thus works as it should, and I've not had any issues with a non POE ethernet ICCTV camera I've got, where I use this device. I cannot vouch for the 12V/2.0A output, as the ethernet cameras I have, only use a max current of 12V/1.2A. It has been working fine for more than 30 days. feeding a 12V/0.8A ethernet camera from a POE ethernet feed. So far I can recommend.
