the microwave is amazing. I was afraid to buy it at first because many reviews says you can't see inside. It is dark but I can see. the deodorizing button comes in handy also. very elegant and dark with a touch of metallic. I call it black panther😁

absolutely stunning microwave. it has all functions and features. warms any dish within 30 seconds. I love the function that keeps food warm after you made it until you ready to eat. really worth every penny

Does the job
Upgrading from an older Samsung 40L that we've had for about 10 years I was very suspect about the change from touch-screen push buttons to the dial and raised press buttons. Having used it for a while, the new system does work well and actually better than the press screen when you had to sometimes push a little harder. The dial and reduced overall complexities does work well but it is far less intuitive - for the 1st time in my life I had to consult the user manual to see how to use a reduced microwave power (60% instead of the default max). My BIG complaint is that the tint on the door glass is so dark that you cannot see inside the microwave during cooking so you can't regulate something that might be boiling over. I'm also interested to see how long the dial lasts as these type moving parts unfortunately do have a limited lifespan but lest see.

I really like the feel and look of this microwave. It’s stylish and more quieter than my last one. It has some nice additional features, like keeping food warm, which my kids love, and it’s much bigger as well. I can’t wait to try other features. The only thing I don’t like is the smudges that you need to clean off all the time, and the fact that I can’t see thoroughly through the dark glass.

What was advertized and what I recieved was on par .....no over promising & under delivery
Product is robust and nice weight, a slight issue was that 1 of the 2 "legs" underneath the microwave seemed slightly shorter thank the other "leg"
Other than that works well , our firts use was warming plates of food for about 20 guests....no hassles -

Microwave Oven
I'm not so impressed with this microwave, I've ordered a silver one, and it has only 2 silver lines, one on top and the other at the bottom. The rest is black and easily shows finger prints. Also you have to open the oven door on top at the right hand corner which I a bit uncomfortable. I still have to figure out the settings of the oven which is a bit difficult. Otherwise it is okay, I just have to get used to it

Simple and functional
This item was purchased to replace a 20 year old Samsung microwave. It is simple and functional. The Enamel interior has a 10 year guarantee.
The Eco Mode is my favourite because its convenient to turn on when the item will not be used for a few hours. I am in support of energy saving initiatives. The light also has a timer, which means that after a while of inactivity, it will go off, this lengthens the lifespan of the bulb.
Other than that, it works like it should and is quite large in size. -

Like the simplicity of the button and menu layout. Looks good and modern. Works very well and heats food up fast and evenly. The glass is very dark and the light not very bright, they should have made it led so its brighter, not easy to see inside only negative. My previous Samsung microwave lasted 9 years so I trust their micros.
