This AV (RCA) to VGA converter box is able to convert AV/SV (PAL, NTSC or SECAM system) to supported VGA (with resolutions like XGA to UXGA), along with a frame rate conversion feature that allows users to view DVDs, VCRs or Game sources on a PC monitor.
