The AL-160 Automatic Money Counter is a professional banknote counting machine designed to make cash handling faster, easier and more efficient. It automatically counts banknotes and provides multiple detection functions to help identify suspicious notes and counting irregularities.

With adjustable counting speeds of up to 1,500 banknotes per minute, the AL-160 is suitable for businesses that regularly process cash, including retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, offices, cash offices and other commercial environments.

Advanced Counterfeit Detection

The AL-160 incorporates several detection technologies to assist with identifying suspicious banknotes:

UV – Ultraviolet Detection: Checks for UV security features on banknotes.
MG – Magnetic Detection: Checks magnetic security characteristics.
IR – Infrared Detection: Helps identify double notes and abnormal feeding.
DD – Dimension Detection: Detects notes with different widths from the reference note.

When a suspicious note is detected, the machine can stop counting and provide an audible and visual warning, allowing the operator to remove and inspect the note before continuing.

Important: Counterfeit detection functions are designed to assist with identifying suspicious notes and should not be regarded as a guarantee that a banknote is genuine.

Important Note

The AL-160 does not automatically determine the denomination of each banknote simply by counting it. The VALUE function can be used for manual denomination/value calculations, while ADD can accumulate multiple batches.

For best counting accuracy, banknotes should be placed neatly in the hopper and the machine should be kept clean. Dust and dirt on sensors can contribute to counting errors.
