SFP 1.25G 20KM Pair T1310/R1550NM LC

The SFP-WDM-SM-0220A/B 1.25G 20KM BiDi WDM SFP Pair is designed for bidirectional Gigabit Ethernet communication over a single strand of single-mode fibre. It provides a practical solution for network installations where only one fibre core is available but data must travel in both directions.

Using BiDi (Bidirectional) and WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology, the pair sends and receives optical signals at different wavelengths through the same fibre core. Module A transmits at 1310nm and receives at 1550nm, while Module B transmits at 1550nm and receives at 1310nm.

With a specified transmission distance of up to 20KM and a data rate of 1.25Gbps, these modules are suitable for compatible Gigabit Ethernet switches, routers, fibre media converters and other network equipment with SFP ports.

Each module uses an LC optical interface and a standard SFP form factor. For correct operation, the A and B modules must be installed at opposite ends of the fibre link as a matched pair.
