Easycap Video and Audio Capture Device
The hardware is easy to install and the product works well however, the software application which comes with the device is absolutely useless. Fortunately, this is not a total waste of money as there are other free software capture applications on the Internet which work well with this device.

I needed to capture a music video digitally to upload on YouTube. Worked like charm! I used OBS Studio to capture.

Works well. I used this along with OBS to get my home video tapes onto my phone. Took time tinkering with the setting to get it decent. I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the final quality of the videos but that's just how it goes with these types of capture cards. I think using the s video cable might help
Worked well for a couple of transfers on my Mac, but then stopped. Was very promising at first because it transferred easily through QuickTime

Not so easy to use
thanks to previous reviews I knew that alternative software was needed. the CD included does not work. the product works as a WEBCAM on OBS software.

This is the 4th one I have bought. Others all stopped working after some time. So far so good. Just DO NOT USE the software that comes with it! That is the problem. Use OBS studio. It is fantastic and error free. https://obsproject.com/

This product does not deliver good video quality. The audio ports do not work either, but I could work around it by using the mic jack on the PC. I suppose for the price it is expected.
