Broke on day 1
was working fine with the first 10 prints then it just broke. As soon as it starts printing it sounds like it's not getting enough power, jams the paper and all the lights starts flashing. Tried nozzle checks, tried head cleaning but still broken.

Pros: Great product. Very economical with the ink Cons: Wi-fi printing was a bit of a challenge to set-up, but got it right eventually. Paper feeder at the back could have been better designed>>>stack of paper folds over (I taped a "cross-bar" using a plastic ruler to prevent that from happening.

I'm giving this eco drum printer 3 stars. Overall, it works fine and produces vibrant colors that look great on photo paper. The prints are of good quality, and I'm happy with the eco-friendly aspect of the drum system. However, I've had a bit of a mixed experience. After only a couple of prints, the color wasn't printing well, and I had to do an ink flush to get it working properly again. This was a bit of a hassle, but it did fix the issue. Another issue I've noticed is that the printer sometimes pulls in two pages at a time. If you're not paying attention, this can waste paper and ink, which can be costly. I've lost count of how many times I've had to manually feed the paper again. Despite these issues, the printer does produce great prints, and I appreciate the eco-friendly design. If the company could work on improving the ink system and paper feeding mechanism, I'd be happy to bump up my rating. Update. I returned the printer today, because the color printing started acting up even after a total ink flush. I could only print in black and white which made me wonder why do I have a color printer but I can't print what I needed. I'm waiting for takealot to credit my account so I can buy another printer. Im so frustrated because I need a printer for my business...

Using it at our home. Perfect solution for any home or small business printing. The WiFi setup is a bit tricky as the unit has no screen, but once it's set up it works great with the app. The ink goes a long way, and what's even better, you can replace the ink with generic ink at a fraction of the cost. Over the long term it's a huge money saver on printing costs and it delivers quality work. If you use it for yhe right job, you won't be disappointed. Take note that this is not a workhorse-we have a much bigger EPSON model at our company as a workhorse and we are very satisfied with that machine.

Decent printer
Installing the printer took a bit of trial and error, partially due to a slightly weak WiFi signal in my office, and printing wirelessly therefore also takes forever and has a chance of failing since it needs a constant connection to complete the print, but if not for that, it seems to be a fairly easy little printer.

We use these printers at work and they're fantastic. The longevity on the ink is amazing and the printer is very easy to set up. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a cable for direct connection but it can be purchased separately at most electronic stores.

Relatively easy to setup and fill. We had some lines on our prints but easily did the test and clean using the guide and it sorted the problem. It's does need this clean regularly for smooth printing. I recommend it.
