The LV Sublimation Ink 100ml 4-Colour Set provides a convenient CMYK sublimation ink solution for producing colourful heat-transfer designs. The set includes Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, with 100ml of each colour, giving you a total of 400ml of sublimation ink.

Sublimation printing uses specialised dye-based inks that are printed onto suitable transfer paper and then transferred to a compatible substrate using heat. During the transfer process, the dye penetrates polyester fibres or polymer-coated surfaces, creating a durable image rather than simply leaving an ink layer on top of the material.

Important Usage Note

Sublimation ink is not standard inkjet ink and should only be used in a printer and ink-delivery system that is suitable for sublimation ink. For transfer applications, the printed design is normally transferred onto polyester fabric or a suitable polymer-coated substrate using heat and pressure.

Sublimation is generally intended for white or light-coloured substrates, as the process does not provide an opaque white ink layer. Always follow the recommended settings for your specific printer, transfer paper, heat press and sublimation blank.
