Works great after initial setup user issues
Had initial issues with water supply and leak detection errors - this was due to unlcear manual instructions .By raising the outlet pipe all issues have been resolvedSamsung support was good although the technitian was a bit grumpyCan definitely recommend the productSamsung wifi software can definitely get better -limited and buggy for now

It’s huge. It’s perfect for bedding and large bundles of clothes. It’s also very energy efficient and the cycles are practical and easy. Something to note: you cannot open the door once the machine has started. Not a huge thing, but something to take note of.

I've always been a twin tub kinda person, but with a bigger house came alot of chores. Buying this machine was the best decision ever. It is the best, the operation is magnificent. I loved how simple it was to connect it. The smart app while doing laundry and other chores works great. No more stress over blankets as it's big enough. You'll never go wrong with this buy. I bought this 27L masjien for my wife and she are really empressed how well this masjien are working. Easy to operate and the drum are really big. Big enough to was blankets. It is worth to buy this product because this are a quality masjien and also very attractive. Little bigger than the normal size masjien. Make sure it will fit in the space.

Good Buy!
It has only been a few days, but I am not looking back. The washing machine works, I suppose, like any other. It is much bigger so a bigger family benefits from the size. Things to take into consideration before buying:
1. The machine will only fit through a standard door frame once the polystyrene has been removed which adds to the fun and possibility of scratches.
2. The machine has two magic filters which at some point would need to be replaced, so keep in mind (luckily available on takealot).
3. Although there are different wash cycles, with each comes a different mass that is accepted by the machine. For example, it can only take 16kg of towels even though the machine is a 27kg device, bedding can only be 3,5kg, which is a bit disappointing.
Lastly, and I am not sure what other machines might have this component, it has a separate section where the bleach (if you use it) get poured into. I think the tug on any Samsung is SmartThings! -
Finally Clean Blankets
Bought this machine after struggling for a while with a 19kg in a different brand.
I'm definitely in love with this machine. it's quiet and gets the blankets super clean and fresh. Drying time is also much much faster than my other machine that I use for day to day washing or the previous machine for blankets.

Big and spacious
I got my black king machine it is easy to work around the manual and operate it but I tried to use it as manual pour water traditionally since I have not connected it for the water to run from the tap and drain pipe to take out water after wash so I am still struggling with that after the test to see if it works. It is big for blankets as well but needs to be installed-connected first correctly

Amazing machine
It is big but will fit in your laundry and it is not much higher than a normal top loader. I am not sure why the other person reviewed to say they need a ladder to access it. They must be really short.

Nice big washer
Nice big washing machine. Done with my washing in one time. You need to be tall to get the last bit of laundry out of the machine. I need to use a stool as I am short. But further I am happy.
