Negatives of a long USB cable
This is not a negative report of the product, but understanding that at this low voltage (5V), there is a significant % loss of volts as the length increases - just a basic law of physics. While this product seems to be well made, I bought it to power a security camera instead of using the small solar PV panel which were not up to the job - even with relatively good sun in October, and found that with the length of the cable, powering the camera from a USB 5V charger, it could not quite keep up the camera battery sufficiently. So I have to discard the 15m USB cable and rather connect a 230V extension lead to a location close to the camera, from where I can use a short USB cable to power the camera.
