SFP 10G 40KM Pair T1330/R1270 LC DDM

The SFP-10G-BX40-D/U 10G 40KM BiDi SFP+ Transceiver Pair is designed for high-speed optical communication over compatible single-mode fibre networks. Using Bi-Directional (BiDi) and Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology, the pair transmits and receives data at different wavelengths over a single fibre strand.

With a 10Gbps-class data rate and a stated transmission reach of up to 40km, this matched pair is designed for compatible network infrastructure requiring long-distance optical connectivity. Both modules feature LC optical connectors and Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), subject to host-device support.

The pair uses complementary transmit and receive wavelengths:

D module: transmits at 1330nm and receives at 1270nm.
U module: transmits at 1270nm and receives at 1330nm.

Install the D and U modules at opposite ends of the same fibre link to enable compatible bidirectional communication.
