The Signal Fire AI-30 Automatic Fiber Optic Fusion Splicer is a professional fourth-generation fibre fusion splicing machine designed for FTTH installation, trunk-line fibre splicing, fibre optic network construction, repair and maintenance. Featuring a highly integrated full-link design, the AI-30 combines a 6-motor fibre core/cladding alignment system, built-in electric one-step fibre cleaver, Optical Power Meter (OPM), Visual Fault Locator (VFL), 5-inch colour touchscreen and high-capacity rechargeable battery in one compact and portable solution.

The Signal Fire AI-30 features a 6-motor core and cladding alignment system with approximately 0.05 `ecm fibre alignment accuracy. The upgraded processing system, clearer optical lenses and improved fibre-core recognition help provide accurate fibre positioning and stable fusion splicing performance.
